About
Harvested exclusively during the first flush, only the youngest top leaves are hand-selected for their high nutritional value, then stone-ground into a fine powder in the Uji region, Kyoto – Japan.
21 days prior to harvest, the tea plants are intentionally shaded. This triggers the leaves to compensate for the lack of sunlight by boosting their chlorophyll and amino acid levels.
Matcha Latte Recipe
- Add 2 grams of matcha tea to a small amount (50ml) of water (~75°C) in a bowl or cup. Matcha can be sieved for a finer and more homogeneous texture.
- Whisk vigorously with an electric whisk or bamboo whisk until a distinctive foam layer forms on the surface.
- Add 180 – 250ml of hot milk. Sweetener, syrup or ice can be added for Iced Matcha Latte.
* To avoid affecting the taste and properties of the tea, it is not recommended to heat the water to 100°
Usucha Recipe
- Sifting: Place 1.5g – 2g of matcha (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) into the bowl, sifting it through a fine sieve to avoid lumps.
- Water: Add 60ml – 70ml of warm water at 75°C – 80°C (not boiling, to prevent the tea from becoming bitter).
- Whisking: Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (Chasen), using a rapid "W" or "M" motion for 15-20 seconds, until a fine, creamy foam forms on the surface.
* To avoid affecting the taste and properties of the tea, it is not recommended to heat the water to 100°C.

HOME MATCHA
Prepare a delicious matcha latte at home
Add matcha
Add 2-4 grams of matcha tea to a small amount of water (50ml / ~75°C) in a bowl. Sift for a finer and more homogeneous texture.
Mix well
Whisk vigorously with an electric whisk or bamboo whisk (chasen) until a distinctive layer of foam forms on the surface.
Combine

Cea mai buna matcha ever💗
Gust fresh, note de cacao si aftertaste de nuci. Este atat de buna incat o prefer simpla, fara niciun sirop.

Am mai încercat matcha atât din România cat și din alte țări, chiar și cafenele virale pe social media precum SADDLE.
Când am venit din vacanță am zis un singur lucru : vreau cea mai apropiată matcha de cea de la saddle. L am întrebat pe chatgpt și mi a zis despre matcha voastră, am mai văzut o pe social media la anumiți influenceri. Verdict final : e super bună,nu miroase a matcha, nu are gust a matcha e GENIALĂ. Sunt la a doua cutie și sigur o să le re cumpăr mereu!!! P.s: familia mea nu bea matcha li se părea o iarbă până le am făcut odată , acum toți beau matcha😁.
Astăzi a ajuns și am preparat un matcha latte cu el. Pe lângă că are o culoare de verde vibrant, dar fără lapte sau vreun îndulcitor adăugat, este extrem de aromat și deloc amar. Și sunt o persoană care nu suportă amarul. Peste așteptări, felicitările mele

Vreau sa va zic ca ieri am primit comanda de matcha, si abia asteptam sa se faca dimineata sa o incerc...fara cuvinte, cea mai buna de pana acum, din ce am mai testat. Cremoasa, fina, parfumata..superba!
Această matcha, spre deseobire de no-tsuki, este mai dulce și mai gingașă. Este pentru prima dată când dau de o astfel de aromă moale la matcha. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult!
Cred că e unul dintre cele mai autentice și calitative branduri de matcha pe care le-am încercat. Gustul este fin, echilibrat, exact cum trebuie să fie un matcha premium. Am făcut un blind buy, dar a meritat.
